A Very Shocking Thing Happened on “Neighbours”

 Dipi cheated on her husband with you know who.

Dipi and Pierce showed perfidiousness as they cheated on their respective spouses only to feel guilty about it later on.

Two central characters of the show “Neighbours” Dipi, (played by Sharon Johal) and Pierce (Tim Robards) have been dealing with consistent ructions in their respective marriages, but they have gone too far now. Will it end their married life completely? It looks like it because I don’t think this will be the only time they do it.

Pierce was grieving heartfully when he kissed Dipi out of utter sadness and loneliness. However, he is mistaken about the fact that he is grieving alone; his wife, Chloe (played by April Rose Pengilly), is going through that same trauma. The problematic thing is the duo are acting like strangers instead of being a mature married couple. Both are oblivious to each other’s feelings, and that might be the downfall of their marriage. 

Dipi and Shane (played by Peter O’Brien) also have the same problem. They are not working as a unified couple. Both of them have let the addiction problem faced by Shane become a thing that will drive them further apart. If they had worked together on this problem as a team, their marriage could have been saved. But is it too late now? Yes. I don’t reckon that Chloe and Shane will forgive them for what they have done. Cheating is not cool.

It all started with Chloe and Pierce realizing that they should work on their drifting marriage. They decide to attend Dipi’s cooking class, but all gets blown away from there. Shane causes a ruckus in the class upsetting Dipi to the point of her ultimate breakdown. Dipi and Shane engage in an acrimonious argument and say nasty things to each other. Meanwhile, Pierce is upset with Chloe because he thinks she is busing herself only to avoid working on the problems in their marriage. Nothing is sorted between Chloe and Pierce, and Pierce ultimately decides to spend his night away from home. Dipi did the same. That’s when the kiss happened.

However, both of them return home, feeling guilty about their actions. But, the million-dollar question is, will it be the only time? Can all four of them fix things before all the hell breaks loose? Only the creators of the show can answer that question. What do you think? Will Dipi and Pierce be happy if they get divorced? Will their marriage stand the test of time?
